CHEF MARK
Mark Lawton is a British Executive Chef with over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality and fine dining across the UK and Rwanda. He has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, boutique hotels, private clubs, and international resorts, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Sofitel Heathrow, and Pinnacle Kigali. With expertise in menu development, team leadership, and delivering world-class dining experiences, Mark combines creativity, discipline, and precision to consistently exceed expectations.
THE KITCHEN
Choose Kigali's kitchen produces fresh, seasonal mouth watering meals. We source our meats and vegetables locally, partnering with farms in Rwanda. Our fish and seafood is often wild and always sustainable. Our pastas and sauces are all homemade. Our food reflects our commitment to quality, the environment, and to the continental traditions that inspire us. And it's delicious!
THE BAR
The bar at Choose Kigali is welcoming. We pride ourselves on complementing our food with lovingly crafted cocktails. Our bartenders use freshly squeezed juices and artisanal mixers to create seasonal drinks that pair beautifully with our special menu offerings. We cull our wines from across the world.
