Twin Lakes

Nestled below the famous Virunga Volcanoes, the Twin Lakes of Burera and Ruhondo can only be described as magic. Start with a 4x4 adventure through Rwandan back roads to the lakes. We’ll then enjoy a local boat tour through islands and glens, reaching some of Rwanda’s most remote populations. Take in breathtaking views as the six volcanoes peak out behind the lakes’ islands. The afternoon features a gourmet picnic on a private peninsula with optional hiking.

Bush Creativity Day

Choose Kigali’s Creative Bush Day is ideal for those looking to turn off the phone, put away your email, and channel your inspiration into art. The day starts with a helicopter tour, landing in a spectacular and secluded part of the Rwandan bush. There, you will meet the Choose Kigali creative team, with a full array of painting and mixed media supplies. Get immersed in your own creativity with the time and space to let your creative juices flow. 

Adventure Dining in Kigali City

Bridge the contemporary and traditional with Choose Kigali’s adventure dining. Our team will bring you to a stunning location on the edge of the city for an outdoor culinary experience. You will be greeted by a private Inotre dance troupe, the traditional Rwandan dance and drumming. Whether lunch or dinner, our Executive Chef will develop a custom menu for you, bringing to life the flavors of the freshest Rwandan ingredients. Between the food, location, and culture, this will no doubt be one of your most unforgettable meals.

Art and Fashion Tour

Rwanda is bursting with creativity, with vibrant art galleries and fashion houses throughout the city. When you’re with Choose Kigali, you’re now one of us, getting exclusive access to Rwanda’s best artists, designers, photographers, and creators. This tour will bring you to not only see the best of Rwandan creativity, but you’ll really get to know the creators behind the work. Stops can include Inema Art Center and among other creative outlets.
